This is the first semester of this project as well as the first time ASU will be working with the Creighton Community Foundation. The challenge is to create a water filtration system for the Creighton Community Foundation community garden. This organization aims to better a poorer area of east Phoenix by offering opportunities and a sense of community.
The team has not met with the community partner yet but a meeting is scheduled for the 11th of February. The community partner has not given the team information about what they want and why besides what is stated above. After our meeting, we hope to have answered these questions and get an idea of what the partner wants and expects from the EPICS team.
