Project Description

Campus Post-Covid is addressing the problem of making ASU’s Tempe campus safer in terms
of COVID-19, both now and in the future. Nearly 1,800 people on campus have contracted the
virus since the semester began, and a large factor in the spread is the need for students and
faculty to leave isolation. While the need to leave isolation may not be fully eliminated,
minimizing the amount of times that students may need to leave their residence could help
reduce the spread, and such a system could also be used to help illnesses stay contained in the
future.
