Project Description

The Congenital Prosthetic Hand Project is focused on developing a hand prototype to assist individuals with difficulty moving their limbs due to being born without a fully formed hand. The project utilizes lightweight materials to ensure comfort and ease of use, allowing users to perform simple tasks such as gripping and holding objects. Many individuals with congenital hand differences face challenges in daily activities due to the lack of an accessible and functional prosthetic option. This project aims to enhance their quality of life by designing an affordable and adjustable prosthetic, enabling greater independence and mobility in everyday tasks.
