Project Description

The IV Fluid Waste Management Project aims to address the critical shortage of manpower and resources in Indonesian hospitals for processing intravenous (IV) waste, including bags and fluids. The initiative seeks to develop an automated system to streamline the disposal of IV bags by cutting them open and emptying their contents efficiently. Additionally, the project envisions a method to neutralize the discarded fluids, transforming them into a recyclable product, such as toilet liquid. This innovative solution not only enhances waste management practices but also promotes sustainability in healthcare settings, ultimately contributing to a cleaner environment and improved resource utilization.
