Project Description
In Indonesia, many coastal communities lack the necessary requirements to understand and maintain solar panels. While the government does supply solar panels and workers to help with maintenance, they can take weeks or months to arrive. The goal of this project is to create a medium to provide the necessary information for these coastal communities to learn and be able to maintain their own solar panels. This will create self-reliance, eliminate the need to wait for workers, and create energy independence for the locals.
To achieve this, we seek to develop a website, a solar educational model/kit, and an ambassador program to promote the education of solar technology and maintenance.
