Project Description
The Arizona Technology Council represents over 750 member organizations and collects extensive data on company size, Arizona employees, NAICS codes, industry, contact details, member activity, sponsorships, event participation, and renewal trends. This data is housed separately from the system used for member communications, creating a gap in how it can be analyzed and applied. The Council also produces a quarterly Industry Impact Report (https://aztc.eimpactv3.com/dashboards/6/techimpact/aztc) offering insights into Arizona’s tech ecosystem. Aside from monitoring membership and renewals, these data sets are not fully leveraged to guide Council strategy, strengthen member engagement, or inform the broader tech community about industry trends. The goal of this project is to integrate and analyze these resources to better understand member needs, identify emerging industry developments, and provide members with tailored, actionable insights that help them succeed.
