Project Description:
A tribe in Kenya is facing problems with elephants that step on their crops and bother the villagers. Our community partners Sopia, and Linda are tasked with helping us find a way to detect when the elephants enter a certain vicinity to their village. Additionally, finding an effective way to ward off elephants is appreciated. While keeping in mind the location and weather, as well as outside interferences, we plan on building a device that can withstand these setbacks that primarily alarm the villagers of elephants.
