Project Description:
Freed Spirits Animal Rescue wants to build an animal engagement obstacle course for their sheep, goats, and pigs, and they want something that can be modified or expanded over time. Guests, volunteers, and tour groups will can also help build and paint parts of it. The structure needs to be at least 2–2.5 feet high so animals can get underneath for shade, preferably made mostly of simple materials like wood, and placed on dirt ground on the side of a barn. Multiple animals will use it together, so it should account for playful competition (like a king of the hill dynamic) with different levels and hiding spots. There are no major safety, weather, or budget concerns beyond keeping costs reasonable, and there are no boundaries needed for guest interaction.
