Project Description:
The Automated Notification Integration project supports the Arizona Technology Council, a statewide nonprofit networking and trade association representing more than 750 science and technology companies. The Council hosts approximately 100 events annually, advocates for technology-focused public policy, and provides its members with business resources and benefits. The Council uses ChamberMaster, a GrowthZone association-management platform, as its primary source of membership information. It also uses Microsoft Outlook and Exchange for direct communications and a separate email-marketing platform for broader messages. Because the email-marketing platform does not synchronize with ChamberMaster, staff must manually export current membership information when preparing member-specific communications.
