The Phoenix Zoo – Birdnest team is working to save the endangered Thick-Billed Parrot, researchers have been working with the Phoenix Zoo to collect data and facilitate rehabilitation. We have been tasked with designing a durable method of data collection that can withstand the destructive nature of the parrots, is consistent in the data it provides, and is maintainable.
